How We Started
In 2008, Benjamin Scott (Founder, President and CEO) had a vision to change the property management field and started Advent Properties, Inc. This has become one of the premier third-party professional property management firms in the Bay Area with seven regional offices throughout California. Using the knowledge, skills and experience managing rentals, Benjamin wanted to bring this to the Community and Homeowners Association management arena. Recognizing a gap in personalized, resident-focused management in his own neighborhood, Benjamin saw an opportunity to create a management company that prioritized transparency, community spirit, and proactive care. Bringing together a team of professionals, Ascent Community Management wants
to elevate every aspect of community living, from the physical upkeep of grounds and properties to the social bonds between neighbors and board members. Ascent wants to be a partner in your community.
Ascent Community Management provides professional community association
management services for Homeowners Associations (HOAs), Condominiums,
Commercial Associations, Mixed-Use Developments, Planned Unit Developments, Loft
Associations, and all other Common Interest Developments.
Under Benjamin's leadership, Ascent is quickly growing from managing a handful of properties to becoming a beacon of innovation and excellence in community management, setting new standards within the industry.
